Comfort Keepers of St. Cloud, MN is Hiring a Care Manager Near St. Cloud, MN

Under the general supervision of the Director of Operations, the Care Manager is responsible for accurately scheduling qualified caregivers/CNAs based on all new and current clients. The Care Manager will also assist with interviewing and training new caregivers/CNAs.

Benefits: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm 40 hour work week. Paid 11 holidays off. 2 weeks PTO. Weekly paychecks. Medical Insurance

Job Duties:

  • Match caregivers to clients based on personality, skill, client's scheduling needs and caregivers' availability.
  • Assist Client Case managers as needed.
  • Accurately staff clients with caregivers based on location, time, skills/needs, request, etc.
  • Assist with hiring and training.
  • Consistently organize caregiver and client's issues (i.e. time off requests, questions, changes in schedule and/or availability concerns.
  • Effectively and accurately communicate with caregivers, clients, case managers, and office staff.
  • Communicate staffing needs with the team.
  • Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner.
  • Build plans and shifts to match insurance codes.
  • Monitor electronic clocking in/out and late alerts. Track attendance and illness log.
  • Demonstrate professional and effective communication
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
