Home Care Community Liaison

As our community liaison, you'll spearhead our outreach initiatives, identifying and engaging with key stakeholders to forge partnerships that elevate our service standards.
In this role, you'll also provide consultative support to non-medical Comfort Keepers services to clients and their families, playing a pivotal role in ensuring seniors receive the highest quality of care. With opportunities to interact with clients in various settings, including homes, Transitional Care Units, and hospitals, you'll be at the forefront of a team of people that deliver compassionate assistance where it's needed most.

Qualifications of the Community Liaison
•1-3 years of experience developing community relationships preferred.
•Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication skills as well as a positive, professional business image.
•Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Healthcare preferred or we will accept related experience.
•Ability to travel throughout our covered territory between Anoka, White Bear Lake, and Chisago offices.
Key Responsibilities of the Community Liaison
•Develop and maintain all referral source relationships with key accounts.
•Identify new relationship opportunities to promote business growth.
•Represent Comfort Keepers and communicate our Mission, Values, and Why to potential referral sources within the community at events, introductory calls, and meetings.
•Perform new networking/sales calls to assess relationship possibilities.
•Meet strategic company goals.
•Coordinates community education presentations
•Meet with prospective clients and families for non-medical Comfort Keepers services.
•Develop a non-medical Plan of Care for clients that assists them to age in their home for as long as possible.
•Performs ongoing activities to ensure the quality and level of our care is meeting the client’s changing needs.
•Inputs contacts and clients into CRM software
