Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with night audit procedures as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Knowledge of hotel systems, including reservation software and phone systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus
