Overview: We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Shuttle Driver to join our team. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to and from designated locations. If you have excellent customer service skills and a clean driving record, we encourage you to apply. Duties: - Safely operate a shuttle vehicle to transport passengers to and from designated locations - Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding and exiting the shuttle - Maintain a clean and presentable shuttle vehicle at all times - Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the shuttle - Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely transportation of passengers - Communicate effectively with passengers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or other belongings, if necessary - Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department - Follow company policies and procedures regarding passenger safety and security Requirements: - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Previous experience in customer service is preferred - Familiarity with shuttle driving, limousine, school bus driving, paratransit, or delivery driver experience is a plus - Ability to maintain a professional demeanor while providing excellent customer service - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers - Ability to drive for extended periods of time and navigate various routes - Comfortable with heavy lifting for loading and unloading luggage or other belongings Join our team as a Shuttle Driver and enjoy competitive pay, flexible schedules, and opportunities for career advancement.
