Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Sweep and Blow the Parking lot. Under the Canopy needs to be clean. Pick up and empty all trash.2. Check and log Pool Levels every day. Vacuum and clean up pool area if needed.3. Log C02 and Smoke Detectors monthly. ( Change Batteries every two months )4. Check for any Work orders with Front Desk. No Rooms needs to be OUT OF SERVICE. Need to correct any issue in house first. Otherwise get outside third party to take care.5. PM two rooms a day. Check the Comfort Inn & Suited Standards for PM of the rooms and log everything and keep the records.6. Complete any online Training Required on my learning per Comfort Brand Standards and complete any required training on Choi e University within 60 days of your employment.7. Keep up with any or all equipment within the hotel property. General Cleaning and Maintenance.8. Communicate with Housekeeping, front desk staff. GM needs to be involved with your day to day operations. Need to communicate with GM when you clock In and when you clock out.9. Make sure your Maintenance Room is well kept and organized.10. Other Duties then Maintenance could be assigned by the GM as needed per hotel business needs.11. Uniform and Name Tag is always required.12. You are hired for 5 hours a Day, 6 days a week with half an hour lunch break. You must clock in and out on your time sheet every day. You could be called in on your off day. You could also be called in for emergency purpose.

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairing and maintaining oil equipment, machinery, and systems
- Conduct inspections to identify any issues or malfunctions
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Fabricate and install parts as needed
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document maintenance activities
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of equipment and facilities
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

Skills:
- Strong technical skills in electrical systems, machinery, and facilities maintenance
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals and blueprints
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a logical approach to troubleshooting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer service-oriented mindset

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
