Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Head Housekeeper to join our team. As the Assistant Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This is a key leadership role within our organization.

Duties:
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks
- Ensure that all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and resolve any issues or complaints
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols
- Perform hands-on cleaning duties as necessary, including industrial cleaning, floor care, and other housekeeping tasks
- Maintain records of housekeeping activities, such as room occupancy rates, maintenance requests, and lost-and-found items

Experience:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role is required
- Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques, floor care, and housekeeping best practices
- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
