Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company shuttle vehicles according to all traffic laws and regulations
• Provide courteous and efficient transportation services to guests
• Assist guests with boarding and disembarking from the shuttle
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of shuttle vehicles
• Communicate effectively with guests and address any inquiries or concerns
• Adhere to schedules and routes to ensure timely arrival and departure
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues
• Follow company policies and procedures at all times
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and public restrooms
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Restock supplies such as towels, linens, and toiletries in guest rooms and common areas
• Assist housekeeping staff with tasks as needed, including but not limited to vacuuming, dusting, and making beds
• Perform light maintenance duties such as replacing light bulbs and fixing minor plumbing issues

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and overnight
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns
• Ability to lift and carry luggage and assist guests with disabilities if needed
