Comfort Inn Santa Fe is Hiring a Maintenance Worker (Entry Level) Near Santa Fe, NM
Comfort Inn Santa Fe is looking for a Part Time/Year Round Entry Level Maintenance Worker to join our Excellent TEAM. Minimal Experience is required. On the Job Training Provided for ALL Duties.
We need someone to cover Thursday's and Friday's Mornings/Mids, so those days are non-negotiable. The other 2 shifts can be more lenient and up to the candidate to choose.
Job Duties Include (but not limited to):
- Provide Excellent Customer Service to all Guests
- Assist Guests in a timely with any issues they may have in their room. Examples include: Issues with TV, Electronics, A/C - Heater System, Clogged Toilets/Sinks, Preventative maintenance, Etc.
- PM (Preventative Maintenance) Guest Rooms - (painting, wood work, deep cleaning, carpet shampoo, etc).
- Monitor Pool/Spa Chemicals and make adjustments as needed
Requirements:
- Bilingual - English/Spanish **HUGE PLUS** (You must speak english at least)
- Excellent Attendance - Available Weekends & Holidays
- Flexible availability to work various shifts in the AM & PM.
- Attention to Detail and taking pride in work. The expectation is that something is done right the 1st time.
- Excellent Attitude with both Guests and Employees (Team Player)
- Ability to Learn and Apply New Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Stay busy, productive with minimal Supervision
- Ability to lift up to 75 - 100 pounds occasionally
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
