Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Veterinarian in the Ohio/Pennsylvania/West Virginia region to join our team at Comfort Crossing In-Home Pet Euthanasia in a subcontracting role.
Responsibilities:
- Perform In-Home Pet Euthanasia
- Transport pets for cremation
- Communicate effectively with clients and Comfort Crossing employees
- Acquire appropriate equipment and medications to carry out appointments safely
- Maintain accurate records of services rendered
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree
- State veterinary license in good standing
- DEA License in good standing
- Experience in end of life care, animal restraint techniques, common euthanasia procedures, and pathophysiology.
