Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide assistance to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients.
Duties:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Administer medication under the direction of a nurse or physician
- Escort clients to appointments and social outings
- Monitor and report changes in client's health status
Requirements:
- Experience in caregiving, home care, or related fields
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and resident rights
- Ability to lift and transfer clients safely
- Familiarity with direct support principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in First Aid is a plus
- Background in social work or childcare is beneficial
