Responsibilities :

• Assist clients with activities of daily living as needed
• Medication reminder
• Engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Help clients with mobility issues to move safely around their homes or accompany them on walks and outings.
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as tidying up living spaces, doing laundry, and assisting with basic household chores.
• Maintain clear and open communication with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care outcomes.

Requirements :

• Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in both English and Japanese languages is essential to effectively communicate with clients and their families.
• Demonstrated empathy and compassion towards individuals requiring care.
• Ability to adhere to scheduled shifts and reliably perform duties as assigned.
