What you’ll be doing:
- Perform billing function for private and managed care organizations
- Assists in client invoicing and third-party claim submission
a. Enters client data into the system
c. Verifies services provided from employee time record and documentation
d. Prepares claims for submission.
e. Submits claims electronically per Agency protocol - Follow up and take necessary actions to ensure timely payments by the clients/payers.

We are looking for an entry level person with following qualifications.
We are looking for an entry level person with following qualifications.
- A very energetic and detailed oriented person with passion to learn and deliver results
- Solid computer and data entry skills
- Prior experience with healthcare billing is a plus
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
- Access to reliable transportation
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Effective time management, organizational skills, and ability to function with minimal direction
