Shifts are available in the Farmington Valley area which include Simsbury, Granby, Avon. We will consider your availability and preferred locations when setting up your schedule.

Requirements

• Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
• Drivers license with insured and reliable automobile (preferred)
• Dementia/ Hospice including end of life experience a plus
• Minimum one year of documented experience required
• Proof of professional training, CNA, HHA, PCA certificate would be a plus.
• Pass a drug test and background check
