Description:

Caregiver Positions:
* We do not mandate our employees to be vaccinated. However many of our clients are requesting Covid vaccinated employees.

- Most of our cases require some type of personal care.
- We are looking for caregivers that are punctual & professional.
- Short shifts less than 4 hours and weekend hourly are paid shift differentials.
- Drivers license and insured vehicle preferred.
- Most clients are located in or around the Avon, Simsbury, & Granby area

Requirements
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Drivers license with insured and reliable automobile (preferred)
- Dementia/ Hospice including end of life experience a plus
- Minimum one year of documented experience required
- Proof of professional training i.e., CNA, HHA, PCA certificate would be a plus.
- Pass a drug test and background check
Responsibilities
- Personal care, bathing, incontinence care, dressing and other ADL's
- Positive personality with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Follow care plans
- Med reminders
- Light housekeeping
- Laundry
- Meal prep
