What you’ll be doing:

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
• Properly manage household needs.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.

 What we’re looking for:

• A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
• A state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification would be preferred
• Hoyer lift experience is a plus
• Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray is required
• Drivers license with insured and reliable automobile (preferred)
• Dementia/ Hospice including end of life experience a plus
• Minimum one year of documented experience required
• Pass a drug test and background check
• Hospice including end of life beneficial.

Immediate Shifts are available in Avon, Simsbury, & Granby area including surrounding towns. We will consider your availability and preferred locations when setting up your schedule.
