As a line cook, a typical day might include the following:

• You are able to accurately communicated food orders with the kitchen staff members, and ensure food is prepared as ordered before presenting to guests.
• Promote Comeketo Brazilian Steakhouse in a positive and professional manner.
• You are able to work well with others as you will be working with other servers, bartenders, barbacks, and management.
• You are able to build guest loyalty.
• You are able to resolve service problems with empathy and according to guidelines.
• Your work area is maintained, clean and stocked.
• Other duties to be assigned based on venues requirements.

Requirements

• Experience as a line cook or chef is considered an asset
• Great cooking skills and an enthusiastic attitude are a MUST.
• Excellent knife skills
• Able to stay positive and maintain great communication with team
• World class hospitality professionalism
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
• Desire to mentor and develop others on your team
• Involvement with restaurant openings preferred
