The Manager, Finance Systems is one of the leaders of the finance team reporting directly to the CFO and is responsible for the maintenance and optimization of our business and financial systems. These systems include Financial systems such as ERP, expense management, A/P, Square/Billing System, and FP&A solutions and work with other business owners on business systems such as a data warehouse, KORE, and Ticketing System. This position is responsible for oversight of the implementation, operation, and monitoring of these business systems and processes which drive company growth, as well as the output and key performance indicators that these systems provide to management. This position is also responsible for the development and monitoring of data that measures process efficiency, and the related reporting to company management. This position will also assist the CFO with internal controls and other performance metrics, and will participate in the annual audit process. The Manager, Finance Systems should be a critical thinker with a strong accounting acumen and adept with accounting systems and processes.
· Works with the CFO, Controller and SVP of FP&A as a key leader of the finance team
· Maintains business and accounting systems
· Documents processes and workflow mapping
· Implements and integrates new business systems
· Helps develop tools to measure system productivity and efficiency
· Communicates effectively with third parties
· Distributes weekly reporting on key metrics
· Performs related duties as assigned by the CFO
Education, Work Experience Requirements and/or Competencies:
· A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
· Experience implementing and managing accounting and business systems
· Proficiency with accounting software
· Minimum 7 years of progressively complex positions
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to manage a team
· Ability to work with and influence peers
· Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting
