Key Responsibilities will Include:

· Coordinate bill pay by entering invoices, matching to purchase orders, and pay bills

· Track and reconcile company credit cards and statements

· Coordinate payroll activities for 3rd party administration

· Assist with A/R and front office administrative functions

Required Skills:

· Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop software with vendor bill pay, purchasing, project costing and customer modules

· Exceptional communication skills: written and verbal

· Proficient office skills (MS Office 365)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
