We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Driver Services department. As a crucial link between our commercial drivers and various departments within the company, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our trucking business. This position focuses on providing exceptional services. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assessing performance issues and service requirements to initiate automotive repairs and services.
• Verifying warranty and service contract coverage, creating accurate estimates, writing detailed repair orders, and maintaining comprehensive customer records and relationships.
• Calculating customer payments, including deductibles and warranty coverage.
