You will work in a fast paced, flexible environment providing excellent customer service to our consumers. You will act as the front line of support to customers, handle transactions, process refunds and troubleshoot questions and inquiries about our products and services.
Skillset:
· Quick learning of our web-based software and databases
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· The ability to work independently and in a team environment
· Able to work in person and over the phone to solve issues
· Critical thinking and problem solving
· Knowledge of basic computer skills and processes
· Have a desire to be helpful and courteous in conversation and actions
· Flexible attitude regarding the fast-paced environment of a growing company
· Commit to treating customers and teammates with the utmost integrity and respect
· Listen attentively to customers’ needs and concerns and demonstrate empathy towards the customers
