Position Overview:

As a Heavy Equipment Operator at Combat Construction, LLC, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy construction equipment, including but not limited to rollers, offroad trucks, dozers, excavators, mini excavators, and skid steers. Your expertise and precision are vital to our mission of delivering top-quality construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Safe Equipment Operation: Operate heavy equipment efficiently, adhering to safety protocols and best practices at all times.

Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure that all equipment is in optimal working condition.

Project Support: Collaborate with the construction team to achieve project goals, including excavation, grading, and material handling.

Adherence to Regulations: Comply with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations and ensure environmental safety and quality standards are met.

Teamwork: Work closely with other team members to ensure a safe and efficient construction process.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment, including rollers, offroad trucks, dozers, excavators, mini excavators, and skid steers.

License: Valid heavy equipment operator's license/certification is recommended.

Safety Awareness: Strong commitment to safety, with a clear understanding of safety guidelines and procedures.

Physical Fitness: Ability to perform strenuous physical work, including standing, sitting, and lifting.

Team Player: Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a positive attitude.

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 70 per week
