Our experts also incorporate accurate conceptual pricing and comparative analysis and specialize in chilled water VRF and DX capabilities, the self-commissioning of all systems and ongoing HVAC service and maintenance.

ColWill Engineering, Inc. is looking for a highly motivated Welder in the Apopka, FL area to join our team. Performs the full range of installation level duties for Piping in the construction, finishing, repair, etc. of buildings.

We are currently offering a competitive range for this full-time position, Monday through Friday. (In-person)

What this Role will Do:

  • Perform trade specific tasks on a construction site.
  • Ensure schedules and deadlines are met.
  • Perform some layout activities.
  • Perform some material takeoffs as necessary.
  • Trade related material, tool, and equipment requisitions.
  • Perform planned maintenance tasks as assigned.
  • Perform equipment start up with associated documentation.
  • Perform quality control inspections.
  • Technical trouble shooting and diagnostics when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • CEM employees and subcontractors are required to implement and maintain all safety and health systems practices including the training requirements of CEM Orientation, CPR/First Aid/AED/Bloodborne Pathogens, Hazard Identification and Reporting, and OSHA 10.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • High school degree or GED preferred or equivalent combination of skills and experience.
  • Good physical condition and ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Good dexterity and eye hand coordination.
  • Aptitude for technical problem solving.
  • Ability to maintain clean and orderly tools/work area.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Expert knowledge of trade tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Keen eye for detail.
