Location - Redstone Arsenal - Huntsville, AL

Salary Range - $22-25/hr

Performs Foreign Military Sales Analyst duties in support of customer requirements.

Entry level position that will assist the Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) Team Lead in all aspects of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) related to the NSPA PATRIOT program.

Responsibilities/duties include but are not limited to reviewing Requests for Information (RFIs) and Letters of Request (LORs); coordinate with the Program Management Offices (PMOs), and other commands to assist in the generation of LORs & Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs); manage and track foreign visits to the U.S. in anticipation of meetings; prepare reports, memorandums, and briefings as assigned; take minutes during Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and other meetings as directed; provide updates in various systems; monitor the daily financial execution; and manage, track, and respond to action items.

Applicants should have excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills, be proficient in using the Microsoft 365 platform applications, be a self-starter, and exercise time management. Prior experience in FMS is not required, but is beneficial.
