• The WellConnect Team, located in Nexus Park, is made up of a group of individuals who are passionate about helping others.
• This team is built around the idea of making the experience for our patients easy, seamless and personalized when it comes to finding a new provider, navigating insurance questions or answers to your questions related to Columbus Regional Health.
• The Ambassador role is designed to be a key resource for all who enter and exit through Entrance 3 at NexusPark.
• This position is the key to maintaining the operational flow of incoming patients and visitors while providing a friendly resource for wayfinding, greeting and assisting individuals that need assistance navigating the facility or help with next steps.
• This position plays a critical role with an opportunity to make a first impression through wayfinding and assisting patients and staff with various aspects of arrival and departure.
• The base hourly rate for this position is $16.00. Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience.

The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.

This position will require you to work between 4-24 hours per week, which can be flexible between 8 : 00AM-5 : 00PM, Monday-Friday each week.

Required Education and / or Experience :

High School diploma or equivalent GED

Preferred Experience :

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Prior CRH knowledge
• Previous customer service in a healthcare setting
