Our location in **Columbus, OH,** currently has an opportunity for a **Retail Finance Manager, Sales Operations**. The Retail Finance Manager position is a high exposure role that partners with various levels of leadership to inform U.S. Nutrition business decision-making in all aspects related to retail shipment projections (~$4B annually) and inventory. This is accomplished through collaboration with Retail Sales, Brand Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Transportation and U.S. Nutrition leadership.

**WHAT YOULL DO**

Representation of Retail Sales and RSP internally in addition to coordination of overall forecast process including reporting and communicating to key stakeholders.

Ownership of Senior Executive support including order and shipment trend analysis as well as inventory analytics.

Management of bi-monthly Retail Sales Projection (RSP) for the U.S. Nutrition business, including coordination of monthly meetings with retail teams, development of shipment forecasts leveraging retail and brand inputs, review and challenge of assumptions in team level forecasts and use of professional judgment in developing total RSP for supported brands.

Integration of Retail insights with Latest Best Estimate (LBE) and S&OP through collaboration with Brand Finance and Retail Sales. Understanding LBE sales builds and identify variances between RSP and LBE assumptions.

Partnering with Division FP&A and AN Logistics to estimate month end results and communicate updates to U.S. Nutrition leadership.

Coaching and training Retail Sales on forecast processes and analytics

The individual in this position is considered an expert in the field and acts as an advisor to management.

Management and coordination of the priorities of two sales operations analysts

Continuous monitoring and improvement of processes as they relate to accuracy, tools, communication, content, education and training.A successful individual in this role will be:

Analytically strong and decisive with the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner

Able to collaborate with cross-functional partners, build strong relationships and influence others

Confident in presenting to all stakeholders and able to defend their perspective while delivering difficult/unfavorable information in a productive manner

Able to operate independently within own scope of responsibility under general supervision

Able to prioritize and operate with a sense of urgency when needed, able to prioritize the needs of various customers (Retail Sales, Brand partners, ANPD leadership, etc.)

Able to gain extensive knowledge of retail business conditions through interactions with Retail Sales**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOULL BRING**

**Required**

6 years of progressive finance, sales and/or sales forecasting experience. Previous commercial finance, sales or sales analysis experience a plus.

Undergraduate business degree or other discipline (e.g., mathematics, economics) that requires extensive quantitative knowledge; MBA preferred

Leadership and communication. This is a highly visible role that provides key inputs for U.S. Nutrition financial commitments. The individual will lead directly and indirectly in addition to having the opportunity to influence decisions throughout the organization.

Proven critical thinking skills to identify and share business implications of financial results; Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

Self starter and highly motivated; ability to manage multiple priorities and changing customer demands.

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment is essential.

Skilled in financial modeling, advanced knowledge of Excel (including macros) and PowerPoint is required, experience with Cognos, Power BI is recommended**WHAT WE OFFER**
