About the Role

The Company is seeking a Global Head of ERP, COE, to join their executive IT leadership team. This key role is responsible for providing deep technical expertise and governance of the global ERP landscape, including the development and execution of the global technology roadmap for ERP solutions. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of connecting various process areas and collaborating with both business and IT stakeholders. They will lead a global team of technical ERP experts in the design, implementation, and maintenance of ERP solutions, with a focus on standard process design across various technologies. The role also involves ensuring the security, compliance, and system controls of the ERP landscape, as well as managing 3rd-party service provider contracts and overseeing the integration of ERP solutions into diverse technology architectures.Applicants for the Global Head of ERP, COE position at the company should have a minimum of a B.S. or equivalent in a relevant field, with at least 8 years of IT experience. An advanced degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in ERP application design, development, and implementation, with a strong background in Oracle EBS or SAP ECC technical and functional architecture. They should possess in-depth knowledge of ERP integration technologies and methodologies and have experience with system and technology rationalization, particularly in the areas of finance, human resources, supply chain, and sales. The role requires a leader who can influence and work with diverse teams across multiple geographies, and who is adept at managing the full ERP development life cycle in line with best practices and continuous improvement.
