We are seeking a skilled and motivated Expanded Functional Dental Assistant to join our team. If you have a passion for dental care and possess the necessary qualifications, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

Perform chairside dental assisting duties during dental procedures

Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays)Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment

Assist with dental lab work as needed

Provide patient education on oral hygiene and postoperative care

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Assist with administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent certification required

Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification preferred

X-ray certification required

Proficiency in dental software and computer skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and commitment to patient care

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 – 16 per week
