We are currently hiring a Physical Therapist able to work:

• Part-time 24 hours per week
• Monday - Friday flexible hours
• Rotating call every 6th Saturday
• Starting wage $33.00/hour to $38.00/hour DOE
• Travel Stipend also available.

Physical Therapist Home Care:

• As a Physical Therapist in Home Health, you are the case manager for every client you open. You provide and direct the care prescribed by the physician or other primary care provider.
• · You work in a highly collaborative environment, coordinating with other skilled clinicians, paraprofessionals, agency personnel, physicians, midlevel providers, and community resources to make a difference in the lives of your clients.
