Columbine Therapy Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist for one of our Northern Colorado Skilled Nursing Facilities in Fort Collins, CO. This full-time position is ideally Monday-Friday, estimated between 32-40 hours per week.

Occupational Therapist

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.

• Dora license as a Occupational Therapist in the state of Colorado.

• Experience in geriatrics, long-term care or subacute rehab preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare documentation and guidelines preferred.
• New grads welcome.

Compensation

Starting wages: $39-$48/hour DOE
