Our 5-Star facilities are hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (C.N.A.'s) who play an important role in the recovery and well-being of our post-acute patients and elderly residents at our beautiful Fort Collins, Loveland and Windsor, CO locations.

Starting wages $19.00 - $30.00/hr. base pay based on years of experience, plus shift differentials!

Work Schedule

• Full-time, Part-time or PRN shifts
• Days: 6am-2:30pm, Eves: 2pm-10:30pm, Overnights: 10pm-6:30am
• 4 hour, 8 hour, and 12 hour shifts available.
• Holiday schedule - Time and a half paid.

Qualifications:

• Licensed CNA in accordance with the laws of the Colorado State Board of Nursing.
• 17 years of age or older.
