Columbine Caregivers is a locally-owned home healthcare agency that has serves residents in the Grand Junction area.

We are looking for kind, compassionate, and reliable people to join our team. There are typically a variety of shifts available, including days, nights, and overnights during the week and weekend. Our shifts range from 2 hours to 12 hours and we have some clients who require around-the-clock care.

We are hiring certified nursing assistants (CNAs), QMAPs, and personal care workers (PCWs). COVID vaccination is preferred but depending on experience and availability, exemptions may be approved. Flu shots are required annually unless there is a medical contraindication.
