We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join Burnside Surgery Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. ```Duties```
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques
- Assist with medical procedures and surgeries, ensuring proper aseptic technique
- Perform triage assessments to determine the urgency of patient needs
- Provide wound care, including ostomy care and suture removal
- Monitor and document patient progress, symptoms, and changes in condition
- Promote occupational health and safety practices within the healthcare setting

```Qualifications```
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Oregon
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, preferably with OR experience
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients
- Experience working with Pain Management is a plus
- Experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center is a plus

Pay: $35.40 - $42.64 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
