Columbia Community Mental Health is Hiring a Counselor III - Revitalize Wellness Center Near Saint Helens, OR

Revitalize Wellness Center opened in October 2015 as a non-profit clinic focused on helping clients learn new methods for managing chronic pain. Working closely with patients and their primary care providers, the team at Revitalize helps people gain the skills needed to cope with persistent pain and regain function and quality of life. The program utilizes behavioral techniques and gentle movement therapy in a ten-week series of classes. This evidence-based program has been proven effective in numerous clinics throughout Oregon. Revitalize also offers stress reduction as well as tobacco use reduction programs.

We are seeking a Counselor III to provide services to clients in this program.

Position: Counselor III Revitalize Wellness Center - Scappoose, Oregon

Shift: Mon-Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; there is flexibility in this schedule and candidates seeking part time work are still encouraged to apply.

Salary Range: Annual: $66,622.40 to $84,177.60 for a LCSW credentialed candidate. We use a bona fide factor system to determine starting wage (years of experience, education, credentials, and specialty skills that relate to the job requirements)

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college required. Licensure required – LCSW preferred. Three to five years related work experience to include Crisis, Outpatient, Addictions and high acuity client services required. Combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered. Working Conditions:

  • This position operates in a medical/office environment which includes working with and operating phones, computers, fax machines, copiers, and other office equipment.
