Colton RV is seeking a Dispatcher, based out of our Blasdell Facility. This means you will be responsible for managing and directing the efficiency of the shop.

Your accountabilities include:
- Walking the shop to ensure all moves from the night before are in the bay and work orders are assigned
- Checking with Service Advisors to see if any waiters are coming in that day
- Printing the Mechanic Efficiency Billed Report and input Technician hours into tracker
- Checking work orders when Technicians are finished; uploading notes to read, changing status on job lines and work order status accordingly
- Giving updated work orders back to Service Advisor for next steps
- Pulling work orders for next bay move
- Checking work orders to be sure the job labor lines are accurate (i.e. E - External, I - Internal, W - Warranty)
- Check labor lines for accurate Spader or canned codes
- Assign work orders to correct Technicians
- Put move into Technician’s bay
- Making sure work orders have parts cards with them, with the correct parts highlighted
- Walking the shop to be sure everyone is working productively
- Walking outside of bay doors to be sure space is clear and free of debris that could cause damage
- Planning out work orders to be done for the day
- Getting customer priority lists from each Service Advisor
