Colton RV is seeking an RV Detail Technician based out of our Wind Gap, PA Facility. Our Detailers are a critical component to the customer experience. You are the last piece of the puzzle before the customer is reunited with their new purchase or recently serviced unit. This is an opportunity to show how much care and detail we put into providing them with the best service! Successful candidates in this role are those who have great attention to detail and who have had previous housekeeping or cleaning experience. This provides a different challenge and environment for those individuals in housekeeping or auto detailing who may be looking for something new. Previous experience in a dealership or detail center is a plus, but not required. It's a fun job and a great way to earn a good income while learning the RV business! Requirements

Your accountabilities include:

• Clean, wax, polish, prep and refurbish new and used units
• Inspect the vehicles thoroughly
• Maintain the proper function of all tools and equipment
• Report any damage to the supervising manager
• Coordinate work with team members
• Maintain inventory and order cleaning/detailing supplies
• Maintain strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation
• Light janitorial duties, maintain appearance of showroom
• Travel to local and out of state RV events (Meals, lodging and transportation provided)
• Ability to work outdoors throughout the year
• Other duties as assigned

To be successful you will need:

• HS Diploma/GED
• One (1) year of steady work history
• Previous auto detailing or housekeeping experience preferred, not required
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Clean Driver’s License
• Ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail

*This is a very physically laborious position, please review the physical requirements below!*Physical Requirements:

• Ability to climb and stand on ladders, safely, up to 13'
• Must wear protective equipment, including but not limited to nitrile gloves and masks, with no issue; recommend wearing non-slip/waterproof footwear
• Routine actions, including but not limited to climbing, kneeling, crouching, bending, reaching

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Every other Saturday (time varies based on season and workload)
