Colton RV is seeking a Paint, Collision, Body Shop Technician, based out of our North Tonawanda Facility. As a Body Shop Technician, you will repair and restore damaged RVs to the highest quality.

Your responsibilities include:

• Inspect incoming RVs and assess repairs needed.
• Complete all preparation processes according to specification and as outlined in the written repair order.
• Repair body damage using appropriate tools and materials.
• Participate in discussion and assisting in problem solving to keep all vehicles on schedule for on-time delivery and repaired to Colton and Customer standards.
• Utilize all required safety equipment and safeguards in order to comply with OSHA guidelines
• Adhere to all requirements for hazardous waste disposal.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

To be successful you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalency degree
• Body Shop/Collision Shop experience, ideal
• Fiberglass repair and shaping
• Paint masking and spraying
• Aluminum metal work
• Welding, a plus
• Valid/Clean Driver’s License, upon hire and throughout employment.
• Ability to successful complete pre-employment background check and drug screening
