Colson has an opening for an Application Support Analyst for Epicor ERP. This position can either be located in St. Joseph, Michigan or Jonesboro, Arkansas.

Scope of Job
The Application Support Analyst will provide general application support (access, issues, and ad hoc requests) across several applications - including Epicor ERP, Salesforce, Qlik - as well as participate in business analysis and testing of active projects.
Primary Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to application support tickets.
• Monitor system processes and troubleshoot as necessary.
• Document and test business requirements for application changes .
• Ensure compliance with IT Standard Operating Procedures

Knowledge & Experience

• 1-3 years of ERP application support experience (Epicor ERP preferred, but other ERP systems in a manufacturing/distribution environment will be considered)
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Basic SQL query and data analysis skills
• Understanding of Business Process flow and design creation
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and an ability to communicate clearly and concisely with management and end user community with a customer service focus
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
• Some understanding of manufacturing and warehouse distribution principles preferred

Education & Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science , Operations Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, Manufacturing Sciences or comparable certifications and/or work experience
