Colossal Kapital Brand is Hiring a Customer Service Associate Near Temple, MD
Position: Customer Service AssociateProvide customer service to Creatives that use the Colossal Kapital Brand Headquarters for hourly rental usage.
- Make the space available for hourly customers.
- Provide customer support for Creatives using the space.
- Assist with rearranging space based on the need of the next upcoming project or space usage.
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and order of the space.
- Maintain the hourly customer database spreadsheet.
- Participate with inviting potential customers/guests to the space to possibly get them to book some time. Calls. Emails. Mailings.
Compensation
- $15 per hour
- 10% Bonus for booking new clients
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Organizational skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
