About this Job :
CSUs School of Music, Theatre and Dance offers a one-week summer day camp (Monday-Friday) for elementary school students ages 8-13 .
Over the course of the week, students will be introduced to the foundations of theatre by CSU faculty members, CSU Theatre and Dance students, and invited guest artists.
Students will act, sing, and dance all week, and at the end of the week parents, friends, and the community will be invited to watch them showcase their talents and celebrate their achievements.
Typical work hours on Monday-Thursday 8 : 30 AM 3 : 30 PM and Friday 8 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM
Training : 10am 3pm Thursday and Friday before camp.
Duration :
June 24-28 (training June 20 & 21) Position Minimum Qualifications An associate degree (or the equivalent of 2 years education) in Theatre or Early Childhood Education or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience working with youth ages 8-13 in a summer camp setting.
