Operations Field Support Specialist
The Operations Division is looking for a self-directed professional who exhibits a positive, customer-friendly can-do attitude to support the high-functioning teams in our department. As an Operations Field Support Specialist, you will provide administrative and business support to the Water, Wastewater, Electric and Gas Plants within Operations. You will leverage technologies to optimize our business processes while managing the daily tasks that our crews rely on to accomplish their work. Key Areas of Focus:
- Processing invoices (create Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders)
- Reconciling Pcards
- Reviewing time entry
- Scheduling/coordinating Water Treatment Plant Tours with attendees and plant personnel giving the tours
- Providing a high level of data quality awareness across multiple applications
- Maintaining and updating calendaring systems
- Coordinating schedules, making reservations, and travel arrangements
- Ensuring data quality and performance levels in Plant Operations
- Preparing, proofing, and reconciling work orders in Maximo for closing and billing on a rotating schedule to meet deadlines
- Generating reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other materials considered detailed in nature

- Maximo or other Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) application experience is helpful

- Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to learn new technologies and programs
