Duties & Functions:

• Process all Utility payments to proper account.
• Handle large amounts of cash and able to balance at the end of day.
• Assist customers with account balance information.
• Answer incoming phone calls to the department.
• Run end of day reports.
• Basic clerical duties.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Follow established Tribal policies and those outlined in the Colorado River Indian Tribes Employee Handbook.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of basic office equipment.
• Proficient with 10 key.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to understand oral and written instructions.
• Computer literate with Excel & Word.
• Spanish speaking not required but preferred.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Must possess a current valid driver's license.

Physical Requirements:

• Physically able to perform duties assigned.
• Occasionally work extended shifts as assigned, some weekends and holidays.
