Colorado Permanente Medical Group is seeking a board certified or board eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to work in our Skilled Nursing Facility department.

•  Geriatric fellowship training is preferred.
•  We cover 5 core Skilled Nursing Facilities in the Denver/Boulder area.
