$15-18.00 per hour

Job Type: Full time and Part time hours available.

We’re looking for Prep Cooks who want an opportunity for an outstanding culinary career.

Work with an amazing team of Prep Cooks and Line Cooks to prepare excellent Colorado cuisine!

Requirements:

  • 1 year of Prep Cook experience in a busy food service operation is preferred.
  • Pay is based on Prep Cook experience and ability to execute efficiently.
  • Knowledge and understanding of rules and regulations regarding Health, Safety, and Sanitation.
  • Must be able to speak, read and understand English well enough for effective communication and recipe preparation.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States and provide proof upon hire.
  • Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
  • Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling, cutting meat).
  • Cook menu items to specifications following company recipes.
  • Label and rotate items in the walk in per health code requirements.
  • Cook food using multiple stations.
  • Monitor stock and communicate needs to the Chef Team.
  • Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that standards and regulations are followed.
  • Prioritizes work responsibilities effectively.
  • Other duties as requested/assigned.
