Job Summary:
Colorado Complete Clean is seeking a part-time cleaner to join our commercial cleaning team. As a cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in commercial spaces (offices, clubhouses, shared spaces, etc.). The ideal candidate will have previous professional cleaning experience in the residential and commercial cleaning industry, possess excellent communication and customer service skills, and be committed to delivering high-quality results. This position requires reliability, teamwork, and a dedication to the craft of cleaning. We are looking for the very best cleaners to join our growing team and have an eye for detail.

Duties:

• Perform cleaning tasks including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Emptying trash bins and disposing of waste properly.
• Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Handling cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly.
• Adhering to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Communicating effectively with team members and clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work independently or as part of a team, depending on the assignment.
• Maintaining a professional demeanor and representing Colorado Complete Clean positively at all times.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional cleaning experience.
• Possession of a smartphone for communication and scheduling purposes.
• Must have your own reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work Monday, Tuesday and Friday starting at 7 am.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to cleaning protocols.
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
• Team player mentality with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
• Dedication to the importance of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
