Job description

Colorado Cleanup Corporation is currently seeking an experienced project manager/estimator for our commercial demolition and excavation company. Our projects range from $100,000 to $10,000,000. We work primarily along the Front Range and have been in business since 2002. This position would be in our office located in Englewood, Colorado near the Centennial Airport. We are a 100% employee owned company and 45% of our employees have been with the company for five or more years.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with field superintendents on multiple projects
• Bid projects
• Review job costs and assign cost codes
• Perform daily reports, monitor daily work activities for production and schedule tracking
• Create and manage pertinent construction documentation such as submittals, RFI’s, change orders
• Obtain, evaluate, submit and track all submittals to owners/customers
• Project and budget cost comparison
• Negotiate and award subcontracts
• Review/prepare subcontractor scope of work
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years earthwork or demolition experience
• Estimatig experience with demolition and/or excavating
• Skills pertinent in developing and maintaining client, owner, subcontractor vendor relationships
• Strong understanding of all aspects of commercial construction
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel and Word
• Use of Microsoft Project Bluebeam
• Use of Agtek or similar for earthwork takeoffs
• Use of Bid2Win software or similar
• Drivers License
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record
