Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in selecting cannabis products that best suit their needs.

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in selecting cannabis products based on their preferences and needs
- Educate customers on the different strains, effects, and methods of consumption
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock and rotate products on shelves and display cases
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Qualifications:

- Experience in cash handling, POS systems, and operating a cash register
- Knowledge of cannabis products and industry trends
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Proficient in upselling techniques to maximize sales
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for accurate transactions
