Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Welcome and assist customers in selecting pottery pieces, paint colors, and provide guidance on various painting techniques.
- Create a positive and inviting atmosphere, ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons.
Product Knowledge:
- Become an expert on our pottery offerings, paint options, and studio processes to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Assist customers in understanding and utilizing our studio tools and resources.
Order Processing:
- Handle customer inquiries, orders, and reservations with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Manage transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
Issue Resolution:
- Address customer concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner, seeking solutions that uphold customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to escalate and resolve more complex concerns.
Event Support:
- Assist in coordinating and facilitating pottery parties, workshops, and events.
- Ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for customers participating in group activities.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Enthusiasm for arts and crafts is a plus.
