A day in the life:
- Assist Superintendent with creating schedule of First Work Inspections (FWI’s) on (Level 01, also known as “Mission Critical) job sites.
- Complete FWI checklists and participate in inspections on (Level 01, also known as “Mission Critical) job sites.
- Perform in wall and overhead QC Inspections identifying any Non-Conforming items, send finished inspections to project team and upload to Procore.
- Perform production Verification walks on site to ensure the reported numbers from field team are accurate and up to date
- Maintain reports electronically using Procore (Reports include Valve Tag Charts, Weld/Torque Map Drawings, etc.)
You should have:
- Minimal construction experience as a Journeyman Plumber with previous work experience in commercial construction
- Knowledge of construction contract documents
- Ability to review and understand drawings, specifications, and submittals
- Proficiency interfacing with technology (i.e., Microsoft Office, PDF editing software)
- High school diploma
- Ability to coordinate with others and perform multiple activities in a timely manner
- Ability to analyze data and then combine information to form conclusions
