IT Support Technician

Crabtree Motor Group is seeking a qualified, knowledgeable IT Technician to help support our IT Director. S/he will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical hardware and system problems while providing training to our end users helping to maximize their productivity. Additionally, S/he will assist the IT Director develop, use, and integrate IT systems throughout Crabtree Motor Group's dealer locations.

IT Support Technician Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Excellent communication skills with a commitment to understanding end user requirements as well as business objectives.
• Ability to provide effective, strategic advice on the use of technology to achieve shared goals.
• Service skills needed to help maintain company IT systems and networks, ensuring the most trouble free & productive work environment.
• Commitment to supporting new technology implementation.
• Patience and ability to train users in both new and existing IT systems.
• Constant willingness to provide assistance with technical issues, as needed.
• Problem solving skills to revise existing systems and suggest improvements.

IT Support Technician Job Requirements and Qualifications

• CompTIA A certification or other related IT professional certifications
• Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues quickly and effectively.
• Critical thinking skills and an analytical mind with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Enthusiastic about working collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Pleasant demeanor.
• Solid interpersonal skills.

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
