We are seeking Security Dispatch Officer(s) to work in the Chestnut Hill Area of Philadelphia, PA.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phones
- Handling call outs
- Scheduling
- Maintaining emails and correspondence
- Updating Dispatch schedule spreadsheet daily
- Emergency Response, keep management aware of any site emergencies or issues that are reported
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at a time

- Excellent organization skills
